She was predeceased by: her father Clerdon Ray Hornbeck. She is survived by: her mother Faye Ruth Hornbeck; her husband Eugene; her sons, Thomas (Sarah) and Isaac; her sisters, Janet Amonett (J. C.) of Kennesaw, Georgia, Susan Taylor (Craig) of Sheffield Village, Norma Jean Smith of North Ridgeville and Dolores Hopkins (James) of Grafton; her grandchildren, Eleanor and Ezra; and her pet Watson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In place of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Young at Heart c/o Fields United Methodist Church.
