He was predeceased by: his siblings, Helen Turner, Adeline McNeeley, Betty Medley, Shirley Mitchell, Arretta Fraley, Earl Fraley, Benjamin Johnson and Frank Fiore; and his parents, Earl Fraley and Mary Fraley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Dennis Jr. of West Virginia, Tonia Daniels of Moyak, Belinda Sue Varner (Bill) of Wellington, Teresa Gailey (Ken) of Strongsville, Mike Fraley of Strongsville and Consetta Rose Smith (Russ) of Shilo; and his siblings, Branden "Bo" Fraley (Gail), John Fiore and Consetta Rose Basin (Ron). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
