He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel I Skaggs; his parents, Clifford Skaggs and Mary J Skaggs; and his sister Peggy Skaggs. He is survived by: his children, Cliff Skaggs (Ying), Rick Skaggs (Judy), Sherri Warner (Denny), Ardie Smith (Ed), Mark Skaggs (Anne) and Mary Cheney; and his siblings, James Skaggs (Pat), Dean Skaggs, Nancy Gallagher and Dee Kumpar (Steve). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
