She is survived by: her parents, Shelia Collins and Mark Collins; her son Isaiah; her sister Markelia Collins; her grandparents, Jackie Hart-Hunter of Malvern, AR, Steve and Regina Collins of Cleveland, Ohio; her uncles, Steve and Kevin Collins (Pam) of Cleveland, Ohio; her aunt Kisa McFadden (Clarence) of Fort Worth, TX; her cousins, Parker Collins, Keeley and Alana McFadden; her aunts, Sue Davis of Bryant, Chris, Veronica, Terran and Amber; and her cousins, Tamala, Kenny and Keith.
