He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gail; his children, Carolyn Sweeney, Nancy Griffiths (Jack), Margaret Hatfield and Thomas Hatfield (Diane); his grandchildren, Leslie Barnes (Jeremy), Megan Griffiths (Sam Vanoer), Daniel Sweeney (Sarah), Bridget Camargo (Tom), Hugh Sweeney, Matthew Hatfield, Lucas Hatfield and Sarah Hatfield; his great grandchildren, Jacob, William, Thomas Barnes, Rory, Marla Sweeney, Logan, Keagan, Adalynn Hatfield, Anna and James Vanoer; and his sibling Jerry Hatfield (Gail). He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
