He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandi; his daughters, Jennifer Alexander (Nick) and Samantha Hoch (Kevin Scheid); his grandchildren, Ava and Nicky; and his siblings, Kathy Schmitz (Nick), Mary Vrnak (Tom), Eileen Epling (late Alfred), Pat Karwoski (Chris), Mo Loesch (Bob), Tim (Bridgit) and Peggy.

In lieu of flowers, the family is purchasing a tree in Tom's memory in the Cleveland Metroparks.
