He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Arth. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Arth; his daughters, Camille Arth Boccio (Nick Boccio) and Sarah Arth; his grandson Baby Boy Boccio; his sisters, Beth Laraway (Tom), Maureen Berk and Mary Makovicka (Joe); and his stepfather Ron Makovicka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
