He is survived by: his wife Judith A; his children, Monica, Thomas (Carrie) and Denise Washburn (Joe); his brother Robert (Joyce); his grandchildren, Michael, Tyler (Brittney), Brooke and Christian; his great grandchildren, Harper, Brynlee, Sophia and Amelia; and his cousins, Debi, Carl and Kenneth.
