He is survived by: his children, Gregg Box and Lori Box-Gaydos (Tom); his daughter-in-law Shirley; his grandchildren, Matthew (Sarah), Dan, Nicole (Mark), Jessy, Casey and Jeremy (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Tristin, Weston, Jameson, Jayson, Jacoby, Janiah, Jeremiah, Journee and Avery.
