He was predeceased by: his grandmother Margaret O'Brien. He is survived by: his spouse Fides Marie Peloso (Faye); his children, Robert L. Carruth, Stephen A. Carruth (Ann), Mary E. Polocy (Ric) and Frances M. Cass (David); his sister Patricia Phillips; and his sister-in-law Neda Mareno.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to the Holy Family Home/Hospice in Parma, OH, where Bob spent the last weeks of his life.
