He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Cunningham Jr. and Gertrude Ella Cunningham (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Patty Cunningham; his son Scott Thomas Cunningham (Adriana Juarez Cunningham); his granddaughter Gabriella Cunningham; and his sisters, Terri Lynn Munroe (PJ Fossett) and Carol Ann Maples (Douglas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
