He is survived by: his wife Velda Bennett; his children, Scott (Richard), Brandon (Samantha), Autumn and Addy; his granddaughter Bella; his son Bob (Keely); his grandchildren, Cal, Vivian, Suzie Hope, Jack Hope and Noah; his daughters, Leah (Jason Gabari) and Rachel; and his former wife Lisa.

He would worry that they've lost his financial support and would encourage others to donate, in his name or not.
