He is survived by: his wife Mary Puzzitiello; his children, Randall (Katherine) and Alyssa; his stepchildren, Anthony DeMore and Carlee DeMore; his granddaughters, Lola Puzziteillo and Isabella DeMore; his siblings, Rocco "Rick" (Kathy), Ronald, Robert and Lisa; his nieces and nephews, Rocco Puzzitiello IV, Jason Weegar, Britney (Jeremy Miller), Andrea (Dave Rice), Ronald Puzzitiello, Justin Weegar, Rachelle Puzzitiello and Robbie Puzzitiello; his great-niece Ruby Rice; and his great-nephew Mason Miller.
