He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Michael J., III; his parents, Patricia Rees, and Michael J. Rees, Sr.; and his siblings, Colleen Kempf (Don), Kathleen Svoboda (William), Martin (Paula), Maureen Bair (Bob), Mary Bridget Thompson (late James), Eileen Papotto (Robert), Margaret Mary Holihan (Matthew) and Sean.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (West Park) (4427 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135).
