He is survived by: his children, Steven Shaw (Suzanne), Curtis Shaw (Ann), Dana Yokoyama (Glenn) and Diana Lutz (Mark); and his grandchildren, Dr. Eva Shaw (Eric Mann), Emma Pereria (Mike), Staci Lutz, Brittany Clark (Rob), Tom Yokoyama (Kayla Ontko), Drew Shaw (Katie) and Amy Kerr (John).
