She was predeceased by: her grandmother Helen Parise; her parents-in-law, James and Arlene Kasicky; and her sisters-in-law, Christine Azzarella and Annette Flot.
She is survived by: her husband James "Lou" Kasicky; her children, Dea Shiplet (Vince), Anthony (Jamie) and Nicholas Kasicky (Sarah); her grandchildren, Olivia and James Kasicky; her parents, Vincent Parise and Elizabeth Parise; and her siblings, TJ Parise (Tisha), Lena McFarland (Paul) and Deanna Bovard (Rob). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
