He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Davison; his wife Diane Lea Davison; his grandson Travis Castle; and his sibling Teddy Davison. He is survived by: his children, Rhett Davison (Jennifer), Deanna Ward (Richard), Ryan Davison (Tiffany) and Vanessa Scott (Brian); his grandchildren, Megan, Ashlyn, Mathew Driggs (Brittany), Angela Maloney (Mark), Mitchell Driggs, Faith Ward, Justin Castle, Erica Tolowizki (Eric), Jordan Davison, Tyler Davison, McKenzie Scott and Braxton Scott; his great grandchildren, Lily, Lyrik, Harper, Aubree, Connor, Everett, Liam and Hayden; and his sister Charlotte Sponseller (Rich). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
