He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, Gerry and Suzanne Miller (Bruce); his grandchildren, Christine, Ted Baskin, Alexis and Rachel Polivka; and his siblings, Carl Baskin, Dorothy Strach and Betty Baskin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
