With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen H. Radka of North Olmsted, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; her daughter Jennifer Jasany; and her sister Dolores Quesenberry. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Kimberly Toma (Dave), Jessica Maxfield (Drew), Steven McFall and Melissa McFall (Ryan Zembower); her great grandchildren, Leah, Cailyn, Anthony, Cael, Maeve, Dominic, Katherine and Charlotte; and her siblings, Marjorie Sasala and Jean Rhodes.

“Dear Jeff and Family, I'm so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I know it's been hard to see her like that. Dementia/Alzheimer's is a devastating disease. As you know, Jeff, I've had to deal with that on several occasions with family members and friends.
