He is survived by: his wife Jarmila; his sons, Karel Pospisil Jr. (Amanda Pospisil) and Petr Pospisil; his brother Bedrich Pospisil (Olga Pospisil); his grandsons, Brendan Pospisil, Joel Pospisil, Drew Pospisil, Owen Pospisil and Tate Cicero; and also, Josh and Amanda.
