It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lewis Andel of North Olmsted, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Lewis Andel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Andel and Bessie Andel; his siblings, Helen Andel, Ella Jallos, Rose Houlett, Claire DeBus, Betty Pettit, Mary Johnson, Nancy Robinson and Richard Andel; his daughter Jeannette Bolivar; his stepdaughter Terri Titus; and his granddaughter Jennifer Rettig.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Paul Andel (Karen) of Lagrange, Gloria Litteral (Chuck) of Deshler and Charlene Rebman (Rick) of Lorain; and his stepchildren, Mike Kimmel of San Diego, Steve Kimmel of Lorain and Kathie Hartman (Russ) of Litchfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home (370 S Main St, Wellington, OH 44090). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
