He was predeceased by: his spouse Medrith "Bunny". He is survived by: his children, Leanne Zullo (Michael), James John (Nancy) and Julie Barbiaux (Joseph); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Hayley, Jimmy, Caitlin, Justin and Nicole; his siblings, Joyce MacDowell (late Ken) and Edward John; and his siblings-in-law, Richard (late Sandie), Charles Lash (Marita) and Denise Schubert (Kyp). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Southwest Residential Hospice.
