He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Belas and Elizabeth Belas (Weinz). He is survived by: his wife Susanne; his son Christopher Belas; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Archer and Kyla; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Deimling, Beth Wroten and Peg Wroten (Steve).
