She was predeceased by: her parents, William Griggs and Lillian Griggs; her husband Norman Dickson; and her sons-in-law, Manny Nicolan and Rob Hayden.
She is survived by: her significant other African Grey Parrot; her close friend Hazel; and her children, Theresa Nicolan, Tim Brlan (Liz), Jeff Brlan (Amy), Michael Brlan (Celeste), Hope Hayden, Ted Dickson (Tara), Patty Bowes (Jim), Tom Dickson (Lisa), TJ Dickson (Beth) and Tony Dickson (Janine). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends.
