He was predeceased by: his significant other Phyllis; his parents, John and Helen; and his brother John Ciganko (Eileen). He is survived by: his children, Heidi Dunn (late Robert), Rebecca Vassel, Jennifer Basile (Carmen) and Jeffrey Ciganko; his grandchildren, Derrick Vassel, Sean Basile (Erin), Jacqueline Pappas, Samantha Pappas, Kayleigh Basile, Kimberly Basile and Joey Basile; his great grandchildren, George Ian Basile, Paisley Basile, Jude Basile, Walker Basile, Giavanna Cicero, Holly Pappas and Adored; and his sisters, Rita Thomlinson (Ben) and Kathy St. John. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
