He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Buettner; his children, Jason Buettner (Jessie), Mary Lynne (Scot), Rachel Morris (Chris), Eric Buettner, Charles Buettner (Diana) and Heidi Banak (Jason); his stepchildren, Mark Hoy (Colleen), Stacy DeMart (Michael) and Eric Hoy (Greg Tischler); his grandchildren, Marissa, Allison, Lauren, Frank, Maya, Sam, Emmett, Teresa, Megan, Healy, Olivia, Zack, Eddie, Matthew, Lillian, Elijah, Jessica, Emily, Michael and Connor; and his brother Edward Buettner (Rita).
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Clarence Catholic Church (30106 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
