She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Lietz; her child Sabine Walesch; her grandsons, Brent and Kurt Walesch; her brother Hans Bastian (late Gertrude); her sister-in-law Gerda Perry (Guy); and her nieces and nephews, Dirk and Sven Bastian.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
