He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Slavin (Tina); his brother Michael Slavin; his nephew Michael Slavin Jr.; and his parents, Edward Sr. Slavin and Mabel Slavin.
He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Driscoll (Ed) and Peggy Wooten (Michael); his sisters-in-law, Kim Slavin and Marti Slavin; and his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Milligan (Bob), Kelly Paradis (Greg), Carrie Slavin, Mark Driscoll (Paula) and Dan Wooten (Jen).
