She was predeceased by: her father James Gaughan; and her son Neal Bowens. She is survived by: her mother Josephine Gaughan; her husband Thomas N. Bowens; her children, Hailey Sorensen (Cory), Timothy Musat (Brianna), Erin Musat and Leah Bowens; her grandchildren, Natalie Porter, Rosalita, Josephine and Timothy Musat; and her siblings, Jim Gaughan (Linda), Kim Calabrase (Bill), Debbie Trickle (Kevin), Rick Gaughan (Tracy), Renee Negray and Joey Gaughan (Sommer).
