He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacqueline M (Cicerrella); his children, David Kramer (Kerry), Maureen Christie (Kevin), Carrie Lafferty (Brennan) and Katie Kramer (Hugh Dougherty); his grandchildren, Molly Kramer, Reagan, Aidan, Donovan Christie, Grace, Andrew, Patrick and Zeke Lafferty; his parents, George Kramer and Margaret Kramer (Flynn); and his siblings, Carol Fisher (Bill), Ed Kramer (Judy) and Bill Kramer (Dianne). He was also cherished by 16 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to The Phillis Wheatley Association, where Chuck was honored to serve on the board for many years.
