He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; his grandson Sonny; and his siblings, Ernest (Bonnie), Anna Bernice Osborne (Thomas), Jack (Carole) and Larry (Val).
He is survived by: his children, Chuck (Jody), Michelle Dolezal (Dan) and Missy Horn (Rob); his grandchildren, Alex, Sean, Zach, Colin, Nick, Julia, Jessie and Evan; his great grandchildren, Cayden and Benjamin; and his siblings, Sherry Burchell, Teresa Fitzpatrick (Frank), Russ (Erma) and James.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Ln, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
