She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert L. Schirhart; her son Robert T. (Kristin); her grandchildren, Ryan and Rachel; and her siblings, Thomas Roach, Steven Roach, Vicki Berendsen and Karen Maxwell.
As a social worker for 34 years, she was employed at several different care facilities throughout greater Cleveland and she gave many talks on Alzheimer's.
