She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Siesel and Esther Siesel; her husband Richard R. VanHorn; and her siblings, Harold Siesel, Clayton Siesel, Mary Katherine Stock and Charles Siesel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marianne Piterans, Susan McCallum (Peter) and Karen Harris; and her grandchildren, Daniel McCallum (Alana Genderson), Holly Greenlee (Joe), Wendy White (Brandon), Thomas McCallum (Dana) and Jill Harris. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren.
