With solemn reverence, we commemorate Barbara A. Cancian of North Olmsted, Ohio, whose life came to an end on November 16, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stropko and Helen Stropko; her siblings, Elizabeth Sinclair, Frances Gehlman, Katherine Stafford, Margaret Vargo, Joseph Stropko, James Stropko, Mary Helen and John Stropko; and her husband Ezio Cancian.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Cancian, Thomas Cancian (Mimi), Terrance Cancian (Beverly) and Lynn Schulte (Earl); her grandchildren, Liz Saunders (Matthew), Tricia Conrad, Brian Cancian (Xander Clarke), Kristy Hicks (Thomas), Stacy Riggen, Juliette Vincent, Erik Schulte (Kara), Kyle Schulte (Jennifer) and Jack Schulte; her great grandchildren, Layla Conrad, Finley Saunders, Mason Conrad, Brittany McCullough, Rachel Hein, Savanah Riggen, Lauren Caruth, Madison Caruth, Kylie Hicks, Hayley Winston, Gabrielle Graves, Duke Schulte, Max Schulte, Allison Schulte and Nicholas Schulte; and her siblings, Paul Stropko (Marie) and Martha Pawnyk (Roman). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Ln, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
