He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Michael; his grandson Joshua; and his siblings, William Kozlowski and Fran Love.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Vineyard Church (30635 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
