We bid farewell to Vivian Jean Koch of North Lima, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 6, 2025 at the age of 101. Vivian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wietelmann and Jessie Wietelmann (Maneely); her husband C. Raymond Koch; her son Thomas; her great grandchild Damon Hazlett; her daughter-in-law Patty Koch; and her brothers, Robert and Ronald Wietelmann.
She is survived by: her children, Carol (Sam McKinney) of Salem, Beth (Thomas Bean) of Boardman, Robert (Catherine) of Canton and Philip (Darlene) of New Middletown; her daughter-in-law Kim Welsh-Koch of Petersburg; and her sister Geraldine McCutchan of Albuquerque, NM.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (14394 Youngstown - Pittsburgh Rd, Petersburg, OH 44454). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
