He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carl, Sr. and Genevieve Louise Allsopp (McGuire). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, John Paul Allsopp (Stacy) of Poland, Matthew Allsopp (Marcy) of Pittsburgh, Brian Allsopp of Canfield and Amy Daprile (Anthony) of Canfield; his stepdaughter Lisa Williams of Poland; his grandchildren, John Paul, Jr., Justin, Jacob Allsopp, Emma, Nathan Daprile and Alexandria Allsopp; and his sisters, Cecilia Allsopp of Tempe, AZ and Jayne Farragher of Boardman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may take the form of contributions to The Shriners Hospitals for Children at lovetotherescue.org , in Thomas' name.
