She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Wells and Nettie Calvert Wells; and her brother Jerry Wells. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Main; her daughters, Terri Lally (Thomas) of North Lima, Tammy Koopman (Aaron) of Columbiana and Danielle Kolarik (Kevin) of North Lima; her siblings, Cheryl Brewton, Yvonne Meade (Kathy) of Enon Valley, PA, Linda Wells of Rossiter, PA and Steve Wells of Punxsutawney, PA.; her grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Kody, John, Connor, Michael, Patrick, Emily and Casey; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Austin Jr., Charlie and Sawyer.
Due to our current health crisis, covid-19, we are asking everyone in attendance to please wear a mask or face covering and to maintain all social-distancing guidelines mandated by our governor (6-foot rule and not to linger).
