Robert Pallard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Pallard of North Lima, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Pallard to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Pallard and Gladys Berry Pallard; and his siblings, Wayne Pallard, Helen Scott and Harold Pallard.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Allison Pallard; his children, Allison Pallard of Columbus and Steve Pallard (Melissa) of New Springfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Addison Pallard, Mason Pallard and Ashton Pallard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
