He is survived by: his children, Tod Winkel (Laurie) of North Lima and Heather Winkel (Kim Edmonds) of Chula Vista, CA; his grandchildren, Parker, Jessie of Stow and Nikki Winkel of Cuyahoga Falls; and his sisters, Kathy White (Byron) of Berlin Center and Marjorie Renstrom.
