Starr of North Lima, Ohio, born in Campbell, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hvizdos and Josephine Heldt; his stepsister Bernice Mihalko; his siblings, Josie Opsitnik (Annie Molnar), Frank Hvizdos, Joe Hankinson and Paul Hankinson; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Bosak, John Rossi, John Mihalko, Ruthann Hvizdos and Dorothy Rossi.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Michalene Weiszer (Len) of Poland, Veronica Cochran of South Carolina, Stephanie Crumbacher (Ron) of Dayton, Pamela Roberts of Columbiana and Michael Starr of East Liverpool; his siblings, John Hvizdos (Joyce), Mary Hvizdos and Helen Bosak; his siblings-in-law, Susie Hankinson, Gerri Hvizdos and Joe Opsitnik; his grandchildren, Tiffany Skowronski (Jim), Daniel Evans (Amy), Jennifer Smith (Mike), Clifford Cochran (Carrie), Mark Crumbacher (Morgan), Christine Crumbacher, Jamie Roberts (Lee), Katlyn and Anna Starr; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ryan Skowronski, Elliot John Evans, Sofia, Clayton Smith, Jack, Claire Crumbacher, Alisha Roberts and Isaiah May. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew and friends.
