She is survived by: her parent Julia Sich Siman; her former husband Martin; her children, Patricia D'Apolito (Anthony) of North Lima, Julianne Forsythe (William) of Sagamore Hills and David Kana (Nancy) of Poland; her niece Michelle Restivo (Joseph) of Struthers; her stepchildren, Judy Bratton (Raymond) of California and Richard Fittante (Cathy) of New York; and her grandchildren, Deanne Carr (Randy) of Corry, PA, Keri Forsythe of Sagamore Hills, D'ApoIito Kana of Canfield and Will Kana of Poland. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, as well as, five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
