It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Reece of North Lima, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Smith and Joyce C. Smith (Frye). She is survived by: her husband Brady Reece; her children, Brandon Reece and Jazmine Royall (Robert); and her granddaughter Arabella Reece. She is also survived by brother.
