She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Shaw and Elizabeth Geneieve Haslett (Cunningham); her husband Lenny; and her siblings, Betsy Jean Labasik (David), William Frederick Haslett (Barbara), Thomas Earl Haslett and Nancy Sophia FIgley (Joseph).
She is survived by: her sons, James McGinnis of Ormond Beach, FL and Thomas McGinnis (Nora) of Chagrin Falls; and her grandchildren, Alec, Emily and Ben.
