It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Pearce of North Lima, Ohio, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joseph Pearce to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard H. Pearce Sr. and Lillian Teasley; his stepmothers, Minnie Mae Howell and Zadie Pearce; and his brothers, Leonard Jr., Elijah Pearce, Napolean and Billy Earl Howell.

He is survived by: his brothers, William (Leola) of New Jersey, Earnest (Katherine) of Dallas, Harold of Youngstown and Bishop Clossie (Laura) of Crowley; his stepbrother Charles Townsend of Youngstown; his sister Glenda Pearce Forrester of Youngstown; his stepsisters, Bernice Howell of Queens and Katie Berger of Youngstown; his cousin Johnny Branch; and his sister-in-law Belinda Pearce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Celebration of life services will follow at 11:00 a. m. Guest are asked to wear masks.
