He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Mary Berry, Charles and Dorothy Panick; and his uncle David Ruehle.
He is survived by: his parents, Linda M. Berry of North Lima and William C. Panick, Sr. of Boardman; his brothers, James R. Best of Youngstown and William C. Panick, Jr. of Struthers; and his aunts and uncles, Bruce Berry (Pat) of Poland, Dennis Berry of Struthers, Thomas Berry of Boardman, Rick Berry (MaryJo) of North Lima, James Berry of Poland, Ed Berry of Lake Milton, Janet Ruehle of Poland, MaryLou Korda (Chuck) of Boardman and Julie Heasley (Gary) of Chester Springs, PA.
