She was predeceased by: her parent George W.; and her brothers, Donald Kostecky and George "Moe" Kostecky. She is survived by: her parent Ann M. Lenyk Kostecky; her brothers, Edward Kostecky (Linda) of Masury, OH, Robert Kostecky (Irene) of Toledo, OH and Richard Kostecky (Linda) of Butler; and her sisters-in-law, Lillian Kostecky and Judy Kostecky.
