He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene V. Toy Sr. and Correne Toy (Regas). He is survived by: his wife Linda of Canfield; his children, Victoria South (Tim) of Waverly, Nicholas Toy (Erika) of North Lima, Melinda Marriotti (Travis) of Canfield and Tracey Wikoff (Chris) of Avon, CT; his grandchildren, Haylee, Hunter, Savannah South, Nicholas Jr., Victor, Taylor, Khloe Toy, Alex and Ava Wikoff; and his siblings, John Toy (Sandy), Jenny Vickers (Dana), George Toy (Carrie), Chris Toy (Lisa) and Tony Toy (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made in Eugene's memory to the South Range Schools Foundation (Stadium Project), 11300 Columbiana-Canfield Rd.-Suite M, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
