She was predeceased by: her parents, David Balogh and Mary Balogh (Vargo); her husband William E. Lower; her sister Margaret Snyder; her cousin Dan Nagy; and her grandson Scott Villoria.
She is survived by: her children, David Lower (JoAnne) of Boardman, Ohio and Susan Bishop (Robert) of Madison, WI; her sister Louise Haydn of Collins, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lombardi (Daniel) of Windermere, Lauren Bishop of Madison, Kristen Lower of New York and Michael Lower (Amelia) of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, Alex Villoria, Bridget Bishop Fitzpatrick and Emerson Lower; and her great great grandchild Mateo Villoria.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Olivet United Church of Christ or Angels for Animals in Mrs. Lower's memory.
