He was predeceased by: his significant other Debra J. Francis; his parents, Howard Francis and Jeanette Francis (Norton); and his siblings, Bud, Bill, Jim, Howard Francis, Jr. and Beverly Schlosser (Roger).
He is survived by: his children, Renae Cicchi (Tony) of Canfield and Chuck Francis (Michelle) of North Lima; his grandchildren, Danielle Cicchi (Dan Cipriano), Kaitlyn Francis, Gianna Cicchi, Ethan Francis and Rhylee Keltz; his brothers, Norman Francis (Evelyn Hayes) of Tennessee, John Francis of Nevada and Don Francis (Donna) of Mississippi; and his sister-in-law Barb Francis of Boardman.
